* Orders are usually processed within 24–48 business hours after successful payment confirmation.
* Once the order is dispatched, customers will receive their tracking ID/code within 48 hours through email, SMS, or WhatsApp (if applicable).

All shipments are handled through trusted third-party courier and logistics partners.

Please note:

* Delivery timelines are estimated and not guaranteed.
* In rare situations such as weather issues, operational delays, high order volumes, remote locations, or courier-related problems, deliveries may take longer than expected.
* Customers will continue receiving shipping updates whenever available from the courier partner.

5. Incorrect Address & Failed Delivery

Customers are responsible for entering the correct shipping details during checkout.

Aureva Official will not be responsible for:

* Delays caused due to incorrect or incomplete addresses
* Failed deliveries because the customer was unavailable
* Delivery issues caused by courier companies beyond our control

Additional shipping or re-delivery charges may apply if the shipment is returned due to incorrect details.
